Since the founding of our firm more than 20 years ago, it has been my mission to provide high quality legal representation in employment and long-term disability benefits claims; exceed the highest ethical and professional standards of our legal profession; vigorously pursue and skillfully resolve our clients' legal claims; and, promptly communicate with our clients regarding each case.

Our team of employment and disability benefits experts is devoted to helping our clients recover 100% of their compensation. I personally have advised thousands of clients and litigated their claims in the United States Supreme Court and in federal courts throughout the United States.

When not working, I enjoy my time with family, kayaking, power carving, John Wayne movies and biking.
